Personal Background:

Currently, I am working as a research scholar in the New Finance Research Center in the School of Management at the University of Science and Technology of China (USTC), Hefei, China. Besides, I am the founder and CEO of the ABS Research Academy, a research-based organization. I recently completed my MBA degree from Shaanxi University of Science and Technology (SUST), Xi’an, Shaanxi, China.

I consider myself a young, energetic, and proven business graduate with over 4 years of working experience as a teacher, researcher, trainer, and data analyst. My core aspiration is to be a firm academic, researcher, and financial analyst. My current research interests focus on green finance, green banking, sustainability, CSR, Fintech, green consumer behavior, and green supply chain management. I also work on research questions related to the effects of green finance, CSR, and innovation on banks' environmental sustainability during the COVID-19 pandemic and the role of business strategy in achieving organizational financial sustainability.
